Pre-wedding
Packages

in good light and in detail

  • Package A – AUD $4,450

    This package includes:

    • 1-hour bridal gown fitting

    • 2-hour hair and makeup session

    • 4-hour photoshoot

    Package details:

    • 1 photographer

    • 2 wedding gowns (you are welcome to bring as many of your own outfits as you'd like for additional looks)

    • Hair and makeup on the day of the shoot (the makeup artist does not stay for touch-ups during the shoot. If you'd like the artist to stay or create multiple hairstyles/look changes, this can be arranged directly with them.)

    • All original high-resolution photos

    • 40 professionally colour-edited images selected by the photographer

    • 15 fully retouched images

    • Additional shooting time: AUD $700 per hour

    • Film photography can be added (see pricing below)

    • A short video clip (a few seconds) for a social media Reel can be added for AUD $330

    Package B – AUD $3,450

    This package includes:

    Additional Information

    • We highly recommend scheduling your bridal gown fitting within 5 days before the photoshoot, and collecting your gown the day before the shoot.

    • We can recommend florists whose style complements ours. (Please discuss pricing directly with the florist.)

    • Retouching includes facial enhancements, skin retouching, and body shaping. These edits apply only to individual portraits or photos of the couple, and do not apply to group photos.

  • Film Photography Add-on

    We absolutely love the soft, timeless quality and unique colour tones that film photography creates.

    AUD $1,000

    This includes:

    • 6–10 rolls of film

    • Film development and processing

    • Approximately 30–36 photos per roll

    • Up to 4 hours of film photography during your shoot

    You can view sample film photos below.

    Just like your digital images, your film photos will be delivered via a private online gallery.

    The price includes both the cost of the film and film development/processing.

  • We refer to this as the “video version of film.”
    Super 8 film is known for its nostalgic warmth and timeless charm.

    THE ESSENCE – AUD $1,500

    • Up to 2 hours of filming

    • One edited highlight video (2–3 minutes)

    THE MINI – AUD $2,000

    Includes:

    • 3 rolls of Super 8 film

    THE PREMIUM – AUD $2,500

    Includes:

    • 4 rolls of Super 8 film

    • 6 hours of filming

    • One edited highlight video (4–5 minutes)

  • Mobile Phone Videography

    4-hour coverage: AUD $600
    Additional hours: AUD $150 per hour

    Includes:

    • 4 hours of mobile phone filming

    • All raw phone footage

    • Two edited highlight reels (30 seconds to 1 minute each)

    • Delivery via private private online link

Film

Our Creative Process

STEP 1. Enquiry

-Reach out to us to schedule the shoot.
-Confirm the date and pay a 30% deposit (via bank transfer).
-Once payment is received,  a screenshot of the receipt will be sent to confirm the payment.

STEP 2. After Confirmation

-Schedule a wedding dress fitting session (1 hour) before the shoot day. We’ll introduce you to the gown studio so you can coordinate the fitting time directly with the boutique.
-Plan the shoot with the photographer based on your selected dress and the  makeup artist will help you design your hair and makeup look. 
-SHOOT! Have the best time：）
-Make the remaining payment on the shoot day.

STEP 3. After the Shoot

-All original photos will be delivered via a private link, along with the photographer’s selected and color-edited images, plus retouched photos.

-Our usual delivery timelines are:
Peak season (September to May):  around 4 to 8 weeks
Low season (June to August): usually within 4 weeks

    3. follow the light
      great light makes great photos. if the weather is not on our side, we will adapt and find the best alternative spot to keep the magic going.

  • we do not plan full routes in advance, but we are very happy to suggest options based on your session length, outfits, and the type of photos you want.

    on average, a 4-hour session fits about 2 to 3 locations comfortably, without rushing or spending too much time traveling between spots.

    we are generally flexible, but most pre-wedding sessions are kept within about 1 hour of travel from our base. this helps us spend more time shooting and less time on the road, while also keeping travel fees reasonable for couples.

  • for a standard 4-hour shoot, we recommend 2 to 3 looks:

    • one formal wedding gown for that classic, timeless feel

    • one or two casual outfits for a more relaxed, natural vibe

  • we do not provide suits because fit makes all the difference.

    we recommend bringing the suit with you when you try on dresses so we can help you coordinate a cohesive couple look.

  • Heading to Melbourne? We recommend lockin’ in your booking 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your spot!

    Flying in from overseas? No stress at all! Swinging by for a dress try-on the day before your shoot works like an absolute charm.

  • Because we are detail-obsessed in the best way possible! A well-matched bouquet and outfit instantly elevate the entire mood, making your photos feel cohesive, polished, and intentional. This is your story, and every little detail helps bring it to life.

  • It depends on your session length and locations, but you can generally expect about 80 to 100 original photos per hour. All your gorgeous images will be delivered straight to you via a private Google Drive link.

  • Of course you can! For the absolute best results, we recommend finalizing your outfits first. Then, we can pick locations that perfectly complement your colors and overall vibe.

  • A 30% deposit is required to officially lock in your shoot date and make it officially yours.

  • It all depends on your vibe!

    • For soft, warm tones: We highly recommend autumn or winter. The light during these seasons is super gentle, flattering, and very easy on all skin tones.

    • For a bright, sun-filled beach vibe: Summer is your best match!

    We usually avoid that harsh midday glare and prefer shooting during golden hour, just before or after sunset. We will also custom-tailor the timing based on your outfits once they are locked in.

    For reference:

    • Summer: Sunset is around 8:00 pm, so sessions usually start around 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and run into dusk.

    • Winter: Sunset is much earlier and the light stays soft all day, so we usually kick off around 1:00 pm.

  • Yes, of course! Mother Nature has a mind of her own, so we offer a few fun options:

    • Reschedule your shoot for another day.

    • Keep shooting with umbrellas (trust us, it can look incredibly romantic).

    • Switch to a cozy indoor location like a chic café or a moody bar.

    We will always help you make the best call based on the forecast.

  • We will reach out to confirm your exact shoot time again one to two days before the session. In the meantime, please feel free to flood our inbox with outfit ideas or inspiration images!
