Hey! We're Isla and Roy.

The two people you'll probably spend more time with on your wedding day than you ever expected.

We've never really been great at talking about ourselves, but here's the short version.

Isla photographed her very first wedding on April Fools' Day in 2016. It sounds like the beginning of a bad joke, but somehow it turned into the best career she could've imagined. Before photography, she studied graphic design, which probably explains why she's always noticing the tiny things that most people walk straight past. Before photography, Isla studied graphic design, and she still can't seem to switch that part of her brain off. She notices the colours across a room, the typeface on a menu, the balance of a tablescape, the way shapes and negative space work together, and all the tiny design decisions that quietly influence how a moment feels.

She's the type of person who laughs a lot, gets embarrassingly excited over beautiful light, and somehow manages to be both incredibly bubbly and socially awkward at exactly the same time.

Roy is almost the complete opposite.

He's mastered the art of becoming invisible. While everyone else is caught up in the excitement, he's quietly drifting through the day, documenting everything without ever interrupting it. We genuinely still don't know how he manages to be everywhere at once without anyone noticing.

Some weddings need both of us. Some only need one.

But no matter who's there, our approach never changes. We're not interested in manufacturing moments or asking you to perform for the camera. We'd much rather let your day unfold naturally, stepping in only when it's genuinely helpful, and creating photographs that feel honest, effortless, and unmistakably you.

At the end of it all, our hope is pretty simple.

That years from now, you'll look back at these photographs and remember exactly how it all felt.
