Hello there, we are Isla, Eric and Roy :)

We are a Melbourne-based trio capturing weddings on digital and Super 8 film. We launched on April Fool’s Day in 2016 (no pranks, we promise) and have been all in ever since. More than 500 weddings later, we remain completely smitten with our craft. It truly means the world to us that so many couples have trusted us to tell their stories, a responsibility we never take lightly. We have been named among Australia’s top 23 wedding photographers twice, and recently, THE WED included us in their list of the 30 Best Wedding Photographers in the World.

Editorial with a Heart

Our style is defined by a playful, design-minded approach. Coming from a graphic design background, we have a deep-seated love for the details. We aren't just looking for a pretty backdrop; we are looking for the "why" behind the aesthetic. We believe a perfect frame is where the "math" of a great composition meets the "emotion" of the day.

Our style? Think of it as "Editorial with a Heart." We’re suckers for that ethereal, muted glow and the kind of documentary storytelling that feels unfiltered and entirely true. While everyone else is looking at the cake, we’re watching the moments that usually slip by—the brush of a hand, light dancing through lace, or that intake of breath right before a laugh explodes. That’s the "Math" of a perfect frame meets the "Emotion" of the day.

Intentional Storytelling

We value getting to know our couples on a personal level. What you wear, the venue you choose, and the vendors you collaborate with all tell a story, and we enjoy weaving those threads into every shoot. When couples ask where we should take photos, our answer is always a question: "What is your vibe? What are you wearing? Where do you hang out together?"

We find locations that feel intentional and reflective of who you are, rather than just picking a spot that looks nice. For us, every creative decision needs to serve a purpose.

From Melbourne to the World

This pursuit of light has turned into one serious world tour. We have chased golden hours from the alpine peaks of Switzerland to the electric hum of Hong Kong, breathing in the salt air of Bali and wandering the cobblestones of Paris and Antwerp.

We have hit the pavements of NYC, LA, and San Francisco and explored the wild landscapes of New Zealand. However, we are always drawn back to the romance of Italy. We find endless inspiration in the vineyard roads of Tuscany, the soul of Florence, the elegance of Lake Como, and the sun-drenched cliffs of Sorrento.

Our work has traveled far, featured in VOGUE, THE WED, The Anti-Bride, Harper's Bazaar, Together Journal, and more.. Despite the accolades, the heart of our work remains the quiet, unfolding stories right in front of us.
